Red Feather is helmed by Chef Pia Gervacio who has trained at and managed several Michelin starred restaurants. Having been born and raised in the Philippines, she will bring all the vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia (Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, Japan) and pair it with Modern American fare.
